March 13, 2020: All in-person meetings have been CANCELLED until further notice due to the coronavirus pandemic. We will be having telephone/video conference calls for the duration of the pandemic on Wednesdays from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

For free emotional support, consultation and referral to a provider, call 1-844-863-9314, and see the New York State Office of Mental Health for further resources. Also note that Headspace, in partnership with New York City, has a website with tools to help handle stress during the pandemic (guided meditation, soundscapes for sleeping, etc.).
The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) of Westchester, New York is a peer-run group for people with bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders; partners and family members are also welcome.
