Schedule change: Our online meetings via Zoom continue to be held each Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Starting November 17, 2021, our in-person gatherings at a private residence will be held biweekly, also on Wednesdays, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. A mental health hotline is available to New Yorkers who need it. For free emotional support, consultation and referral to a provider, call 1-844-863-9314, and see the New York State Office of Mental Health for further resources. Also note that Headspace, in partnership with New York City, has a website with tools to help handle stress during the pandemic (guided meditation, soundscapes for sleeping, etc.).
The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) of Westchester, New York is a peer-run group for people with bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders; partners and family members are also welcome. All our meetings are free of charge and we always welcome new members. Click here or on the Meetings menu at the top of the page for more information about our meetings.
