Our group’s mailing list is open to all. We use the list to send occasional emails about events or topics of interest to the group. Recipients cannot see the names or email addresses of others on the list. If you would like to join the mailing list, please email us at dbsawestchester@gmail.com

For free emotional support, consultation and referral to a provider, call 1-844-863-9314, and see the New York State Office of Mental Health for further resources. Also note that Headspace, in partnership with New York City, has a website with tools to help handle stress during the pandemic (guided meditation, soundscapes for sleeping, etc.).
