Pandemic Ponderings – a short “zine” on mental health during the pandemic, August, 2020.

We have posted a short “zine” by artist Marilyn Mitchell titled Pandemic Ponderings on cognitive distortions that can make it more difficult to deal with fear and anxiety, especially in the time of external stressors such as the 2020 pandemic. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) can help one learn how to quiet these harmful thought processes.
