Our online meeting takes place via Zoom every Wednesday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time.
You can download Zoom for free to your smartphone or tablet by searching Zoom in the app store. If you prefer to access Zoom on your laptop or desktop computer, please go to www.zoom.us to download the free software. When joining our online meeting, we ask that all participants turn their camera on, join from a private space, and adhere to our meeting guidelines to ensure that we maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone in the group.

Our support group meetings are generally attended by people who live in the New York City metropolitan area, however we welcome people from anywhere. Additionally, the national DBSA organization offers specialized online support groups for young adults, military veterans, people of color, people who live in rural areas and more.
